Dr Robb Needs Your Help to Keep His License!!! –Please Write a Letter to the State of Connecticut                       

Dear Pet Parents,

     I was terminated from my Banfield Pet Hospital in Stamford on December 7th 2012.  It was a franchise I had bought in June of 2008.  The Mars Candy Bar Company bought Banfield about that same time. 300 of the 900 hospitals were franchises.  In the backroom of the Mars Corporation they decided they did not want franchises anymore.  They have gone on a rampage to get rid of all franchises and now approximately 90 are left out of the more than 300 in 5 years despite many years left on the contract, in my case until 2028.  Mars wants control and they felt they could not control these doctors.  In my case they could not make me over-vaccinate your pets thus they attacked me in this area.  The method they have been using to get rid of the franchisees is fear and intimidation.  First they find a bunch of “unethical” practices below their “high standards” and then they offer you pennies on the dollar for the franchise – in my case less than one years’ salary and over one million dollars less than it’s worth on the open market.  If the vet does not take the money they tell you as in my case – we will take away your vet license, we will ruin you financially and we will smear your reputation!  I told them I could not be intimidated and I will speak the truth until they are exposed and brought to accountability for what they are doing.

     They have made good on their threats as I am being sued by Mars in US District Court in Hartford Ct.  I am being sued by PetSmart in State Court Stamford Ct, the State of Ct is trying to take away my vet license, I am faced with felony arrest charges in Stamford Court, PNC bank is considering legal action since I signed a loan for the equipment that Banfield still is using and PetSmart is trying to have a judge ban me from all PetSmart stores in the country.  One by one I will stand up for the truth until they have lost all of these allegations and they become the victim of their own traps that they set for me! But I need your help!

Please send me a copy to Protect the Pets, 36 State Route 37, New Fairfield, Ct 06812.  Just so you know I ran blood titers to make sure my vaccine protocol was protecting your pets and in every case the results affirmed your pets were protected.  However Mars says the vaccine titers were never run and won’t give me access to my records.  Jay Vincent of the State said he would get them for me but he has not. I am trying to get my hospital back but without a license to practice vet med it will do me no good.  The only way I will keep my license is if you the people let the State know you will not stand for their     inhumane treatment of a vet whose only crime is trying to Protect the Pets.
